Terms and Conditions – Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards, Northamptonshire Education Awards and Milton Keynes Education Awards

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees, participants, sponsors, and guests attending the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards, Northamptonshire Education Awards and Milton Keynes Education Awards. 
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Event Details and Changes

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the venue, date, schedule, or host of the Event at any time and without prior notice.
  • While reasonable efforts will be made to communicate any changes, the organisers accept no liability for any costs, losses, or damages arising as a result of such alterations.

3. Event Host

  • The Event host is subject to change at any time without notice.
  • The organisers are not responsible for any language, comments, or expressions made by the host, presenters, or guests, including the use of swear words or inappropriate language during the Event.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

  • All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, professional, and appropriate manner throughout the Event.
  • Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Security staff and Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who is behaving inappropriately, is intoxicated, causes disruption, or poses a safety risk to others.
  • No refunds will be issued to any attendee removed from the Event for such behaviour.

5. Liability

  • Attendance at the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards, Northamptonshire Education Awards and Milton Keynes Education Awards is entirely at your own risk.
  • The organisers accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the Event, except where required by law.
  • The organisers are not responsible for the actions, opinions, or comments of third parties, including hosts, speakers, or attendees.

6. Photography and Media

  • The Event may be recorded, photographed, and/or live-streamed.
  • By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, media coverage, and future marketing for the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards, Northamptonshire Education Awards and Milton Keynes Education Awards
  • If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please inform the organisers prior to the Event.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of full Event cancellation.
  • In the event of postponement, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
  • Refund requests due to scheduling changes will be considered at the organisers’ discretion.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards, Northamptonshire Education Awards and Milton Keynes Education Awards you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
